The Property Team (PT) exists to oversee the maintenance, repair, security, and upkeep of the grounds, building(s), and permanent fixtures of Southwood United Church (SWUC). This includes:
- Cataloging church property, fixtures, and systems;
- Investigating issues of disrepair, damage, and/or upkeep of the church’s property;
- Responding in a timely manner to maintenance, repair, security, or emergency needs; and
- Planning for the future by analyzing needs and/or possible improvements to existing property and making recommendations to the Church Council and Board of Trustees.
