The Ministry & Personal Team (M&P) exists to build positive and trusting relationships between the staff and members/adherents of Southwood United Church (SWUC). It functions around four (4) primary roles:
- Supporting staff in their employment responsibilities through relationship and consultation;
- Promoting healthy relationships between staff members and the wider congregation;
- Supervising employees of SWUC, in collaboration with the called/appointed Ministry Personnel who provide direct day-to-day management of the staff team;
- Liaising between members of the congregation, the Church Council, the Chinook Winds Regional Council, the Office of Vocation, and staff members on matters of feedback, encouragement, and/or concern.
